50Te Horizontal Lay System
The MDL HLS-50 is a portable horizontal lay system for the deployment and recovery of subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF).
The system allows for safe and efficient deployment of product from on-deck reel drive systems and carousels.

broken down into modular components for both sea and road transport. The maximum single component lift is 26Te (excluding tensioner), which is
the base frame with integrated hang-off assembly.
